Where is the show at the O2? Is it in the arena?
Handmade Christmas is located in the Live Quarter area of the The O2. When you arrive at the venue, walk through the entrance and turn right down ‘Entertainment Avenue’ and keep walking until you get to Handmade Christmas… and follow the signs!

Who should visit Handmade Christmas?
There is some fantastic stuff on sale at Handmade Christmas at The O2. If you are looking for a one of kind present, something that you cannot find on the high street or even something amazing for yourself then you have to visit the show. Nearly 300 stands, chalets and stalls of designers, artists and artisan food producers all crammed into one fantastic space. It doesn’t even matter if it snows or rains as the fantastic dome roof will protect you from the elements.

Can we take part in one of the workshops?
Of course, the workshops are free to attend and work on a first come first served basis.

Are there cloakroom facilities at the O2?
There are cloakroom facilities in the venue.

Can I buy product at the show and take into the arena show?
You can although some product you buy maybe a little bulky to take into the arena so we have arranged collection area by the entrance of the show for you to collect goods after the show. Just retain your concert ticket and goods receipt and we will be waiting for you to collect.

Can I pay by credit card at the door?
Sorry we cannot accept credit cards at the door. There are several cash machines in various locations around The O2.

Are there crèche facilities?
Sorry no.

Will there be anywhere to buy food while I’m at the show?
We don’t really have fast food available in the show and most of the artisan food producers sell food for you take away but we do have some fabulous traditional Christmas treats in our café along with awesome mulled wine. There are 36 restaurants and bars within the venue if you want a meal before you get to the show!

Are dogs allowed into the show?
Only guide dogs are allowed in the show.

Do I have to queue up with everybody else if I have purchased a ticket in advance?
You do have to queue but it will be a very short wait before the doors open at 1.00pm each day.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes you can although you may have to queue a short time.
